This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

🗣 Communicates with peers, supervisors, customers and vendors
📑 Learns, practices and memorizes various sales and support scripts
👩‍🏫 Educating clients on the buying (and selling) process and the real estate market
↩️ Following up with leads in a timely manner
🤗 Build a friendly rapport with leads and clients
🗂 Keeping the CRM database up-to-date
📚 Constantly be learning and sharpening your real estate knowledge and skills
👏 Be a proud brand ambassador and company representative

Expectations

  • Script learning, practice and memorization 2-4 hours a week
  • A pre-planned 40-50 hour work week
  • Prospecting new clients on a daily basis 3 hours a day
  • Making 100-150 new contacts per week by calling on
    • Expireds
    • Buyers
    • Past Clients/Database
    • Just Listed/Just Sold
    • Open Houses
    • Other Sources
  • Follow-up 10-20 hours per week
  • Manage 50+ new leads a week and work through existing for 8-10+ appointments
  • Manage contact database system (CRM)
  • Attend training and establish role-play partners for scripts
  • Track weekly goals and progress
  • Measure lead conversion and meet performance benchmarks

Qualifications

📃 Have (or be willing to obtain) your Arizona Real Estate License
🤝 Collaborative team member who thrives in a quick-paced environment
🖥 Comfortable (or willing to learn) software like ARMLS, Follow Up Boss, MOJO
📞 Strong phone skills, the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
🕑 Impeccable time management skills and tracking
🥇Goal-oriented and a track record of high achievement
